Step2: Upon receiving your documents we will process them for departmental clearance and successful candidates will be notified within three days with an approximate starting date that suits both parties. We will send you a standard employment contract for review; this confirms that we have accepted you as an English teacher at Hangzhou Sesame Street Foreign Language Education Consultant Co.,Ltd,. You will then have to send a recent full medical certificate that includes HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis A & B clearance.

Step3: Once you agree to our contract, we ask that you sign your name and email as an attachment or fax it back to us. This confirms that you have accepted our contract, and reserves a position for you at HZSSFLECC. Once contract signing is complete, we will send you an official invitation paper.

Step4: You can begin to book your ticket to Shanghai or Hangzhou . Please inform us of your arrival date, time, flight number, and flight details as soon as you get your ticket. We will reply in confirmation so that you can be sure we will meet you at the airport.

Step5: Go to a travel agency or the Chinese Embassy to apply a "Z" or "F" visa with our invitation paper, as while you should make some your personal preparation.

Step6: We will send a particular person to pick you up at the airport or bus station, you will be taken to HZ as our guest. And enjoy 5-10 days or so of orientation, training, and sightseeing. during which time your documents will be processed by the Foreign Affairs Department and your visa will be updated.
